Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1/2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine
  2. eggs, sour
  3. cream,
  4. sugar,
  5. flour and vanilla. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer.
  6. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes then reduce to 350° and bake for 30 minutes.
