- In a mixer bowl add the flour, salt, sugar yeast with 4 tablespoons of warm water on top of the yeast.
- Leave to rest for 10 minutes until you see some bubbles on top of the yeast.
- Add your oil and step by step add the water.
- The dough dont need to be to sticky at this point.
- Make a big ball put in a baking pan.Need to rest for about 30 minutes, put some water on the top using your hand no over weat !!!.
- Cover with a plastic wrap.
- Cut the top using a knife to help the growing process
- When the dough is double time to put in the oven @ 350AF for about 25 minutes.
- After step 4 you have to knead the dough for about 8 minutes.
- That s step it s for the aeration of your bread .
