Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, flour, and butter to the eggs.
  3. Do not beat the mixture too much; just combine until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins or individual popover pans.
  5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Serve piping hot with butter or jelly.
