Instructions
- Combine rice, 1/2 cup cheese, sausage, chilies, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Evenly divide mixture into 12 muffin cups, coated with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle rest of cheese over filled cups and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- May be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
