- Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, dried fruit, whipped cream cheese, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir to blend.
- Cut each small pita in half crosswise to make four pita halves.
- Fill each pita half with a quarter of the peanut butter mixture.
- Wrap each filled pita half in foil.
- Bake until heated through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
