Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 ounces mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 small pitas

Instructions

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, dried fruit, whipped cream cheese, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir to blend.
  3. Cut each small pita in half crosswise to make four pita halves.
  4. Fill each pita half with a quarter of the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Wrap each filled pita half in foil.
  6. Bake until heated through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
