Ingredients

  • 1 c. Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Pull biscuits in half; put in greased muffin tin.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tins.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. If frozen, freeze and pull from freezer.
  5. Microwave on High one minute in paper towel.
