Broccoli and Corn Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in strips
  • 12 cup corn kernel
  • 14 cup broccoli, chopped (raw or cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 14 cup asian flavored salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim lettuce.
  2. In medium bowl combine bean sprouts, onions, celery, corn, broccoli and cilantro.
  3. add dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Divide among lettuce leaves and top each with 1/2 tablespoon peanuts.
