Broccoli Bake Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Drain broccoli in colander overnight.
  2. Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Beat the mushroom soup until creamy and smooth.
  4. Spread over broccoli, then spread cheese over top.
  5. Then sprinkle with bacon bits or onion rings.
  6. You can also use 1 cup Bisquick; mix with 1/2 stick butter until it forms crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
