Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean hamburger
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can beef barley soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can mushrooms, stemmed
  • 8 oz chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onions together; drain off fat.
  2. Add soups and mix well.
  3. Fold in 2/3 of the chow mein noodles.
  4. Place the mixture in a large 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
  5. Top with the remaining noodles.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
