Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bow tie noodles
  • 2 bunches broccoli, stems removed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bow tie noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Combine the hot noodles, steamed broccoli, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  4. Toss well to evenly coat and serve.
