Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place cooked broccoli in a greased pie pan and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  2. Combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and cheese in the pie pan.
