A crunchy, flavorful salad combining broccoli slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, sunflower kernels, and sliced almonds for a delicious side dish or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli cole slaw
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 2 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles
  • 1 small pkg. sunflower kernels
  • 1 small pkg. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli cole slaw and sliced green onions.
  2. Crush ramen noodles very finely and add to the bowl.
  3. Add sunflower kernels and sliced almonds (about 1/2 cup each).
  4. Toss all ingredients together to combine and serve.
