Ingredients

  • 1 (2 to 3 lb.) pompano fileted
  • 1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
  • salt
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place 2 pompano filets wrapped in foil in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over the baked fish.
  3. Lightly salt the fish and brush with melted butter.
  4. Broil with foil open for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
