Ingredients

  • 4 boxes Jell-O (different flavors)
  • 6 cups boiling water (1 1/2 cups per box)
  • Graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatin

Instructions

  1. Make the graham cracker crust and set aside some crumbs to sprinkle on top.
  2. Prepare each flavor of Jell-O by dissolving 4 boxes of Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water for each package.
  3. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, and Knox gelatin in a separate bowl and heat until dissolved.
  4. Pour the flavored Jell-O into the crust in layers, allowing each layer to set before adding the next to create a broken glass effect.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
