Brown Sugared Apricots

- Place drained apricots in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the brown sugar and crumble over the fruit. Drizzle the melted butter over the fruit evenly. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
- Serves 8.
