Ingredients

  • 21.5 oz. brownie mix
  • 5.5 oz. buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the brownie mix, biscuit mix, water, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and raisins.
  4. Pour the batter into lightly greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch loaf pans.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
