Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat flour, sugar, eggs, and yolk until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, chocolate, and salt over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat; add to flour mixture, and stir.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for three hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a cupcake pan.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased cupcake pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
