Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines brownies plus milk chocolate chunks mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Crisco oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • vanilla ice cream
  • strawberry slices
  • kiwi wedges
  • pineapple chunks
  • apricot halves
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 13-inch round pizza pan.
  3. Combine brownie mix, egg, oil, and water in a large bowl.
  4. Stir with a spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownie pizza to cool completely before decorating.
  8. Top with vanilla ice cream, strawberry slices, kiwi wedges, pineapple chunks, and apricot halves.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the toppings before serving.
