Ingredients

  • 1 can Dole crushed pineapple in juice
  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and reserve one teaspoon of the juice.
  2. Beat the drained pineapple, reserved juice, light cream cheese, sugar, and grated lemon peel together until smooth.
