Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place hash browns in a slightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Layer cooked sausage over the hash browns.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour over the sausage and hash browns.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
