Ingredients

  • 1 lb. claw or regular crabmeat
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cakes and fry in margarine or oil until brown. Serve hot.
