Ingredients

  • 1 buffalo
  • brown gravy
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the buffalo into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add enough brown gravy to cover the buffalo pieces.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook over a turkey pit fire for about 4 weeks at 460°F.
  5. If more servings are needed, add two rabbits (optional).
  6. Do not add the rabbits unless necessary, as most people do not like to find a hare in their stew.
  7. Serve the stew once cooked.
