Ingredients

  • 1 small bottle ketchup
  • 10 oz grape jelly
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup oat bran cereal

Instructions

  1. Mix the ketchup, jelly, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Heat until bubbling.
  2. Mix the ground turkey with the oat bran, a little at a time, until the mixture is firm enough to form into walnut-sized balls.
  3. Drop the meatballs into the bubbling mixture and cook for about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with toothpicks to spear the meatballs.
