Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • marjoram or thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach, drain and put into
  2. 9
  3. x 9-inch casserole buttered.
  4. Crumble bacon, mushrooms,
  5. seasonings,
  6. sour
  7. cream and cheese on top, layered.
  8. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
