Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 egg
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut a hole in the bread using a biscuit cutter or a similar tool.
  2. Spray cooking spray in a frying pan and heat over medium.
  3. Place the bread with the hole in the pan and crack the egg into a bowl, then pour it into the hole in the bread.
  4. Cook until the egg is almost set, then flip carefully to cook the other side.
  5. While the egg finishes cooking, cut out a circle from the bread and place it in the pan to toast.
  6. Remove the bread with the cooked egg from the pan and serve hot.
