Instructions
- Saute onion in butter until soft.
- Add chopped chilies or jalapenos (the more you use, the spicier it will be).
- Put tomatoes in a colander and squeeze them dry.
- Then add to onion and chilies.
- Slowly, add grated cheese, stirring constantly, until melted.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve warm with chips.
