Burger Pie

- Mix all ingredients together.
- This will be a lot like a meat loaf.
- Now take 3/4 of it and roll it out on wax paper like a pie crust.
- Place it in a baking dish, about 9 x 11-inch.
- Bring it up on the sides just like a pie crust.
- Now layer slices of potatoes, carrots, peas or green beans in there and top with the remaining meat mixture, rolled out only smaller to fit the top.
- Seal it as best you can, leaving a little crack for a small amount of steam to come out.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- (This is a whole meal, except the salad, and the flavor is really good.)
- Don't forget to drain off the fat before serving!
