Burger Stroganoff

- Prepare burger and onions together, set aside.
- In large heavy pot pour cooking oil, flour, salt and pepper to season. There needs to be enough oil so the flour is not crumbly but smooth.
- Stir continuously until brown.
- Add broth and possibly water until you get a gravy thickness but not too thick.
- Add burger and onions to gravy mixture, combining well, then add sour cream slowly, stirring continuously.
- Serve on top of cooked egg noodles, rice or scalloped potatoes.
- You may use stew beef instead of burger.
- You also can add cooked mushrooms.
