Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in ovenproof pan; cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 300°.
  2. Serve over rice or noodles.
