Butter Thins

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one by one, beating after each addition.
  3. Add flour gradually and continue to beat until very smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 dozen muffin tins lined with paper cups. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
