Instructions
- In a large bowl or breadmaker, combine first five ingredients. If using a breadmaker, set bread setting on manual.
- In a saucepan or microwave-proof bowl, heat buttermilk and butter just until warm (110° to 115°).
- Add to flour mixture.
- Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- By hand or breadmaker, mix in remaining to flour to form stiff dough.
