Butterdips
Butterdips are flaky, buttery breadsticks with a soft interior and crisp exterior, perfect for snacking or serving alongside soups and salads. Easy and delicious.

Instructions
- Melt butter in an oblong 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add milk.
- Stir slowly until dough just clings together.
- Turn dough onto a floured board.
- Coat with flour and knead lightly about 10 times.
- Roll dough out to a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
- Cut into strips using a pizza cutter.
- Dip strips into melted butter on both sides and arrange in the pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450° in a metal pan or 425° in a glass pan.
