Instructions
- Melt butter in a glass custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave about 15 seconds on High.
- Put fish into a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Cook for 3 minutes on High or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
- Makes 4 to 5 servings.
