Buttered Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 lb. white fish fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a glass custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave about 15 seconds on High.
  2. Put fish into a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cover with waxed paper.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes on High or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  5. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
