- Thaw the bread and cut the loaf into four lengthwise quarters.
- Cut each quarter into 8 pieces to make 32 bread cubes.
- Combine the pudding mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip each bread cube in melted butter, then roll in the pudding mixture.
- Place the coated cubes in a well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan, layering as you go.
- Sprinkle extra pudding mixture between the layers of bread cubes.
- Use all the pudding mixture and melted butter before covering the pan for rising.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1.5 hours.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
