Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen white bread dough
  • 1 small package butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Thaw the bread and cut the loaf into four lengthwise quarters.
  2. Cut each quarter into 8 pieces to make 32 bread cubes.
  3. Combine the pudding mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Dip each bread cube in melted butter, then roll in the pudding mixture.
  5. Place the coated cubes in a well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan, layering as you go.
  6. Sprinkle extra pudding mixture between the layers of bread cubes.
  7. Use all the pudding mixture and melted butter before covering the pan for rising.
  8. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1.5 hours.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
