Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • butterscotch chips
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Make the butterscotch pudding according to the package directions and let it cool slightly.
  2. Pour the prepared pudding into the yellow cake mix batter and add the eggs, blending well.
  3. Pour the batter into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  4. Sprinkle butterscotch chips and nuts generously over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
