Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, brown sugar, milk, sugar, chopped pecans, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Beat until cool.
  5. Pour into a buttered pan.
  6. Cut into squares.
