Cabbage-Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 medium, chopped onion
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 medium head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Steam cabbage and broccoli until tender.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  3. Stir soups into meat mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Layer broccoli in bottom of casserole dish.
  6. Top with 1 cup of cheese.
  7. Layer meat on top of broccoli and cover with cabbage.
  8. Add remaining cheese and cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
  9. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
