Cabbage Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef), browned
  • 1 c. chopped onion, sauteed or 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 c. V-8 juice
  • 1 c. beef broth
  • 1/4 c. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown meat with onion and celery in Dutch oven sprayed with Pam.
  2. Add V-8 juice, broth, chili powder and cabbage.
  3. Cook until cabbage is done.
  4. Serve with chopped onion, shredded cheese, fresh parsley and whole wheat crackers.
