Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedge
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
