Cabbage Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage into bowl. Drain the pineapple and add to cabbage.
  2. Add the sugar and salt to taste.
  3. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten thoroughly. Blend together and serve.
  4. You may substitute raisins and chopped apples for the pineapple.
