Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white cumin seed
  • 1 tsp. pomegranate seed
  • water
  • fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Sift the gram flour into a large bowl.
  2. Add salt, chili powder, baking powder, white cumin seed, and pomegranate seed.
  3. Blend the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add water gradually and beat well to form a smooth batter.
  5. Add finely chopped coriander and leave aside until ready to fry.
