Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • large can tomatoes, drained (save juice to pour over all)

Instructions

  1. Layer beef, onions, cabbage and chopped or crushed tomatoes. Repeat as many layers as you like. Top with cheese. Simmer one hour.
