Cajun Devilish Eggs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 20 minutes, remove from heat and cover in ice water
- Remove shells, cut in half, remove eggs yolks and place in small mixing bowl
- In mixing bowl with yolks, add mayo, mustard, sugar, hot sauce, and mash with fork until smooth
- With t-spoon, evenly distribute filling into egg halves
- Sprinkle all eggs with creole seasoning to taste (and for color)
- Enjoy!
