Cajun Devilish Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tsp Creole mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 dash Tabasco hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 20 minutes, remove from heat and cover in ice water
  2. Remove shells, cut in half, remove eggs yolks and place in small mixing bowl
  3. In mixing bowl with yolks, add mayo, mustard, sugar, hot sauce, and mash with fork until smooth
  4. With t-spoon, evenly distribute filling into egg halves
  5. Sprinkle all eggs with creole seasoning to taste (and for color)
  6. Enjoy!
