Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, grated
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the grated cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sour cream and dry mustard to the cooked cabbage.
  3. Mix well and let it set for awhile before serving.
