Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 small can corn, drained
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • chopped celery
  • chopped carrots

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients in order in a Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Cover with foil or a lid.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Uncover during the last 20 minutes of baking.
  5. Periodically stir and skim any grease that forms.
