Instructions
- Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
- Peel carrots and slice lengthwise.
- Slice pepper and onion.
- Put all vegetables in a large pot.
- Stir in tomato sauce.
- Shape ground beef into balls.
- Set them on top of the vegetables.
- Cook on top of the stove on medium for 45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
