Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
  • 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pepper and lemon wedges in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and arrange on salad greens if desired.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and additional parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
