Caesar Vegetable dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing until smooth.
  2. Stir in cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Spoon into serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with bell pepper and egg.
  6. Serve with vegetables.
