Ingredients

  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup cold skim milk
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling coffee
  • 3 tablespoons semi chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sweet-N-Low
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle the gelatin envelopes over the cold milk; let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add the boiling coffee to the gelatin mixture, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the chocolate chips are melted.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm.
  5. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
