Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cans fiesta corn, drained
  • 1 can mild Ro-Tel
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes and simmer for 7 minutes.
  3. Add the drained fiesta corn to the mixture.
  4. Cook on low for 12 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste and serve.
